In the records examined between September and October 2026, investment offers change their names while keeping technical components. Vaca Muerta Investment makes it possible to follow that pattern from a concrete promise: earning 950 euros a day through trading. The page used a name associated with Argentina, but it was written in German and offered registration to German citizens.
The investigation identified eight other brands with the same combination of template and country. Those observations are part of TALE-VAULT, the technical set under investigation, which brings together 5,291 historical records and 3,622 distinct domains. This entry analyzes the Vaca Muerta lure, the path to its destination page, the visible form and the documented connections with other offers. The nine brands are a specific group within that set; the 3,622 domains are not all Vaca Muerta sites.
An Argentine reference in an offer aimed at Germany
The capture of September 11, 2026 places the economic promise at the center of the screen. On the right there is a form for first name, last name, email and telephone, with the prefix +49. The reference to registration for German citizens completes an orientation that is also present in the page's technical configuration.
The message combines several visible persuasion devices:
- A concrete daily figure, highlighted by its size and color.
- A notice showing 30 remaining places and presenting access as limited.
- A rating of 4.7 stars that the page attributes to more than 2,780 users.
- Promises of ease of use, access from different devices and data security.
- Logos of payment methods and graphic elements associated with trading and cryptocurrencies.
The places, the rating and the number of users are claims made by the offer, not metrics verified by this investigation. Their function in the interface is to accompany the promise with urgency and signals of trust. The presence of logos does not establish a commercial relationship with the entities represented either.
The combination is relevant for LATAM: the name Vaca Muerta is incorporated into an offer adapted to another audience. The documented content promotes trading; it does not establish an investment linked to the oil and gas field or to its companies.
Stage 1. The trade name leads to another domain
The record of September 11, at 16:45:20.180 UTC, starts at vacamuertainvestment[.]net and ends at fisios6-voluptas13[.]sbs.
The entry domain keeps the name of the offer. The recorded destination uses a different name, although it displays the Vaca Muerta Investment brand. This separation makes it possible to distinguish two components that a reading limited to the capture would not show: the initial address of the navigation and the domain of the page reached.
The relationship is documented within the same historical record. The capture preserves what was shown; the HTML makes it possible to review the structure and the code; the JSON contains the navigation data and the preserved communications. Together, these pieces connect the visible offer with its technical context.
Stage 2. The promise leads to the contact form
The action the page proposes is to register. The fields request contact details and the content includes a reminder to answer a call from an account manager. The interface thus suggests that contact continues outside the page itself, although the material reviewed does not document that such a call took place.
The HTML contains /send-v2, a route referenced by the submission mechanism. That reference is found in the 42 pages reviewed. However, the traces examined contain no requests to /send-v2, /verification/request or /verification/check. The evidence demonstrates the presence of the form and its associated code, without establishing that a registration was completed during those sessions.
This point sets the scope of the finding: an offer requesting personal contact details is observed, but there is no economic transaction or successful delivery of that data that would make it possible to reconstruct later stages.
Stage 3. Communications connect the page to TALE-VAULT
The Vaca Muerta session preserves a communication with api.tale-tro-ve-vault[.]com. It also records seven response URLs related to ph.app-shelffactfood-ios[.]pro, including analytics resources.
These communications provide references for comparing the case with other pages. They must be read according to their function: a request to the API and the download of analytics resources are observations distinct from the submission of a form. The loading of those resources does not, by itself, demonstrate analytics events sent or sessions recorded.
Nine brands keep template 1741 and country de
The comparison of the HTML revealed a repeated combination: landingId=1741 y country=de. The first value identifies the template in the configuration; the second corresponds to Germany. Nine brands show both values in the preserved samples.

Éclorévaine and Inishvorn offer an additional match: both appear on October 5 with the same destination, newwy3-rem40[.]sbs. The records are just over two minutes apart. In this case, the reuse extends to both the configuration and the destination domain.
The code WnFHimVys-nV is also repeated. However, that value appears in the 42 samples reviewed and does not, by itself, distinguish the nine brands. The combination of template, country, dates and path offers a more specific relationship.
The data document technical continuity under different names for almost a month. The shared configuration does not by itself identify a single operator, nor does it establish the participation of legitimate companies whose names may be used by the pages.
5,291 records and 3,622 distinct domains
The original CSV makes it possible to size the set observed between September 6 and October 6, 2026. The base entry domains and the destination domains were counted separately, and their union was then calculated to avoid duplication.
| Measure | Result |
|---|---|
| Navigation records | 5.291 |
| Unique record identifiers | 5.291 |
| Base entry domains | 3.003 |
| Destination domains | 619 |
| Domains present in both sets | 0 |
| Distinct domains in the union | 3.622 |
| Complete sets of HTML, JSON and capture reviewed | 42 |
| Brands with template 1741 and country de in those sets | 9 |
The exact window begins on September 6 at 18:30:26.538 UTC and ends on October 6 at 17:16:28.494 UTC. The selection of records comes from a query associated with api.tale-tro-ve-vault[.]com; the figures describe that set and not an exhaustive measurement of all the fraud, its victims or its losses.
Entry domains are more numerous than destinations, while the preserved samples show different brands with a common configuration. Both results make it possible to describe an infrastructure with multiple entry points and reused components. They do not turn each domain into an independent campaign, nor do they extend the Vaca Muerta content to all the pages.
What this connection makes it possible to follow
Vaca Muerta Investment brings together three complementary levels of evidence. The capture shows the promise and the orientation toward a German audience. The path identifies the entry domain and the destination. The configuration links the page with eight other brands, while the preserved communications place it in the technical environment investigated as TALE-VAULT.
For threat analysis, the contribution lies in being able to follow an offer beyond its name. A brand can change without all its technical components disappearing. In these observations, the 1741/de combination preserves a continuity that the trade names, considered separately, do not reveal.
The regional finding is also concrete: an Argentine reference appears in a trading offer aimed at German citizens. That adaptation can be recognized in the language, the registration text, the telephone prefix and the configured country, without depending on an inference about the location of the server.
Recommendations derived from the case
For those who receive a similar offer:
- Check the identity of whoever offers the service through independent channels before providing contact details.
- Treat promises of daily income, notices of available places and ratings as claims that require verification.
- Check the final address of the page: the name of the offer may stay the same even if the domain changes.
- Keep the URL, the date and a capture if you need to document or report the offer.
For CTI and security teams:
- Correlate entry domain, destination, date and observation identifier.
- Search for the combination of template and country in preserved material or in authorized own records; avoid using the campaign code as an exclusive indicator.
- In the analysis, separate the functions present in the code from the requests actually recorded.
- Assess the context and validity of each indicator before adopting containment measures.
